Our founders bring over 25 years of combined expertise in investment management, fintech innovation, and consumer financial services.
Investment professional with over 25 years of experience across Retail Banking, Investment Banking (10 years), Private Equity (6 years), and Data and Investment Management. Former Head of Equities at an Investment Management firm and key member of the Asset Allocation Board.
Head of Indices & Research at an Investment Trade Body, where he developed a novel risk-based index series with MSCI and published research on Pensions, Client Segmentation, and Future Planning. A Pensions Director for a number of years, assessing the asset proposition and clarity needed for all employees across the business.
Currently leading the Investment Proposition for one of the UK's oldest Charitable Trusts. Throughout his career, he's created ESG Funds, developed Core Lists, managed Portfolios, and met with Fund Managers, CEOs/CFOs of numerous FTSE-listed companies and Funds—questioning their strategies, assessing their forward plans, and evaluating their ability to outperform.

Founder of a fintech start-up in the payments space, successfully launched and exited, demonstrating entrepreneurial execution alongside corporate leadership.
Throughout his career, he's worked across diverse payment ecosystems such as card services, open banking platforms, and alternative payment methods, developing deep expertise in financial technology and consumer proposition design. He's led cross-functional teams spanning product, technology, operations, and commercial functions to deliver competitively priced financial services that meet real customer needs.
His experience includes strategic planning, product development, technology implementation, and operational delivery across retail banking, digital payments, and fintech innovation. He's consistently applied technology solutions to solve everyday financial challenges, working at the intersection of banking, payments, and consumer behavior.
